The tables are also characterized with Azulejo-inspired panels, paired with an eclectic mix of seating&mdash;from the nostalgic solihiya benches to the contemporary-styled chairs. However, the true star of Pastorelli is its curated menus expertly prepared by Executive Chef Stephen George Bustamante.
With two decades of experience in kitchens across continents, Chef George artfully blends international flavors with the distinct tastes of Batangas. As the chef said during the launch, &ldquo;We believe here is [that] we don't want to recreate the wheel. So, what we want to do is create dishes that are very, very popular, very, very familiar to the palate but with premium curated ingredients.&rdquo;

Chef George also shared, &ldquo;It's a very extensive Pinoy menu and Batangas favorites. It's things that really resonates to most of the market here, which is Pinoy.&rdquo; He added, &ldquo;This wasn't really something new, but it was trying to garner [the] trust of the community which is Batangas, again for PonteFino. And having them come and trust our food again through different ways.&rdquo;
