Uma Nota Manila is gearing up for a new kind of Sunday escape with Brunch, Champagne &amp; Bossa Nova &mdash; a monthly gathering that brings together good food, great drinks, and live music. The experience invites guests to slow down and indulge in a carefully crafted five-course brunch menu (PHP 2,500), paired with free-flowing cocktails or champagne, all while a live Bossa Nova band plays throughout the afternoon.

From 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, the restaurant transforms into a haven for laid-back luxury. The menu features bold and vibrant flavors inspired by Japanese-Brazilian cuisine, offering a fresh take on brunch. Complementing the meal, guests can opt for free-flow cocktails (PHP 1,800/2 hours )&mdash; featuring refreshing classics like the Aperol Spritz and the bold, locally inspired Manila Michelada &mdash; or go all in with free-flow Duval champagne (PHP 3,500/2 hours).

More than just a monthly ritual, Brunch, Champagne &amp; Bossa Nova is designed to be a place to gather, celebrate, and let the rhythm of the music set the tone for a perfect Sunday. Reservations are required, with a minimum of two guests per booking.
