BGC Transforms Into a Romantic Playground to Celebrate the Love Month

Good news for all the romantics, the Valentine’s season isn’t over yet. For the whole month of February, Bonifacio Global City has transformed into the ultimate romantic playground to celebrate love in all forms. From dreamy installations to romantic date spots, BGC has created the perfect atmosphere to celebrate the month-long Valentine’s season, whether you’re celebrating with your significant other, best friends, or just your fabulous self.

BGC started the love month with the Scene Stealers Photo Contest and Love at First Script Writing Contest, inviting everyone to showcase their creativity in photography and scriptwriting for a chance to win amazing prizes. From February 5 to 28, BGC has invited everyone to bring out their creative writing talents with Love at First Script writing contest. Whether you feel like writing a charming meet-cute story by BGC’s iconic murals or an intimate and heartfelt confession monologue over at Bonifacio High street, your original story might just let you win a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra or a staycation or dinner at the Grand Hyatt.

Aside from an exciting scriptwriting contest, those who love to capture memories can also win exciting prizes from BGC. Two lovely installations were specially created to transport you to your own special rom-com. Located at the 5th Avenue at One Bonifacio High Street, the “Strings of Fate” installation was inspired by the romantic tale of the red string of fate, while the “Love is in the Air” installation over on 7th Avenue features a charming hot air balloon setup straight out of a romantic film—both created to be the perfect spots for your picture-perfect memories. From February 5 to 28, those who have snapped their pictures at these installations can enter the Scene Stealers photo contest by posting their best photos with the hashtag #ILoveBHS for a chance to win either a Pretty Woman shopping spree worth ₱10,000, or a Bridget Jones-inspired solo dine out bash also worth ₱10,000.

Following the sweetest kickoff, they paired these two lovely installations with a special Champagne Cinema screening of the new Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy was held on the 14th in partnership with Moët & Chandon.

In celebration of this year’s Valentine’s weekend, BGC also brought back their famous XOXO 3D LED Live Kiss Cam in the evening of February 15, inviting everyone to share sweet kisses on camera real time, with renowned tenor Arman Ferrer also serenading the crowd with soulful melodies and making the evening much more romantic. BGC also hosted the return of Candlelight in the City in collaboration with Bonifacio Art Foundation, Inc. the next day, offering a romantic al fresco experience where couples and friends were serenaded by former Music director of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Rony Fortich in the piano as iconic love themes from the silver screen played.
