What was the most valuable lesson you learned this year, whether in fitness, style or life in general?
The number one thing I learned this year was that you have to put yourself first in certain situations, where most people wouldn&rsquo;t, to get where you want to be. I think a lot of people tend to push themselves down or listen to other people&rsquo;s opinions, but at the end of the day, you have to put yourself first.
Was there a moment in 2024 that truly shaped who you are today? How did it influence your goals or mindset?
Winning Century Tuna Superbods changed my life completely, especially with the ways I present myself to people and in my day-to-day living style. It definitely elevated and helped me become a better version of myself.

Looking back, what is one achievement that you&rsquo;re particularly proud of this year?
Outside of winning Century Tuna Superbods, another thing that I&rsquo;m proud of is that I&rsquo;m able to take it day by day, one step at a time. At first, it was very difficult because I used to rush into things and have so many expectations of myself, but now I know that I can take it day by day, step by step, and be proud of what I do.
As we step into 2025, what&rsquo;s one personal or professional goal you&rsquo;re excited to take on?
A goal of mine is heading into my third year of college since I&rsquo;m currently a second-year student. Outside of that, I guess competing one last time and hopefully winning a title for the Philippines is on my list. I&rsquo;ve been thinking about taking on and becoming Mister Supranational Philippines and hopefully becoming the first-ever Asian winner for the title.
How do you stay motivated to balance fitness and festivities during the holidays?
The way I try to balance it is through consistency, the number one important thing that&rsquo;s always been on my mind. Sure, you may have a day where you eat a lot of food or whatever the case is, but as long as you go back to your roots and stay grounded to what your values are, you can be consistent.
