What was the most valuable lesson you learned this year, whether in fitness, style or life in general?
One of the most valuable lessons I learned this year is that worldly positions will always be there: the achievements, the awards, the opportunities and money. These are all great things, but what I learned the most is being able to prioritise what&rsquo;s most important &ndash; the people who care about me, like my family, my mum, my dad, myself and my friends, because we&rsquo;re not going to be here forever. So, these are the things that I must cherish.
Was there a moment in 2024 that truly shaped who you are today? How did it influence your goals or mindset?
Yes. In 2024, besides the Mister Supranational pageant in Poland, one of the most defining moments was my first-ever boxing fight. It was a very nerve-wracking, scary thing for me to do but I was glad that I did it, because I overcame a lot of things within myself &ndash; whether it&rsquo;s confidence or self-esteem &ndash; but that taught me how to work super hard for something. It taught me that I could overcome fears and allowed me to open myself up more. When we have fears, we must face them and not run away.

Looking back, what is one achievement that you&rsquo;re particularly proud of this year?
I am super proud of myself for joining the pageant world. I feel like I&rsquo;ve had a decorated pageant career within the past year and it&rsquo;s because I never thought that I would do pageants, but it has allowed me to open myself up to new opportunities and think of myself outside of who I thought I was. I think we always say to ourselves, like, &ldquo;Oh, I&rsquo;m not going to do this because it&rsquo;s not me, or I&rsquo;m going to do this because it&rsquo;s me.&rdquo; I don&rsquo;t really know who I am yet if I don&rsquo;t try new things. So, going and joining Mister Supranational taught me a lot of things and I discovered more about myself that makes me the new person I am today.
As we step into 2025, what&rsquo;s one personal or professional goal you&rsquo;re excited to take on?
The year 2025 will be dedicated to business and showbusiness. For one, I&rsquo;d like to scale one of my e-commerce companies called RESTDAY to a six-figure or million USD company. The second one would be showbusiness. I&rsquo;ve just signed with GMA, so I want to get into TV shows.
How do you stay motivated to balance fitness and festivities during the holidays?
It&rsquo;s hard balancing for sure, but for me, it&rsquo;s not about time management; it&rsquo;s about energy management. From the time you wake up to the end, are you going to spend time on your phone in the morning? Are you going to use that time to get to more priorities like your emails with your clients? Are you going to work out at the beginning of the day and spend all your energy there or are you going to spend it on creating as an artist and then work out later? Overall, it&rsquo;s about placing your energy, strategising and designing it in a way where it&rsquo;s most conducive to you.
