Hermès Celebrates its Equestrian Heritage with a Whimsical Pony-Inspired Event
Dance to the Rhythm of the Pony Dance.
Last November 23, Hermès Philippines welcomed some esteemed guests on a special night of dancing and fun celebrating the Maison’s equestrian heritage. The scenic Lakehall at Nena’s Sanctuary in Laguna was transformed into an elegant stable with barn-like materials and romantic orange lightning all perfectly tied together for that light and joyful theme in true Hermès fashion.
In line with honoring the Maison’s heritage, the Maison has conceptualized the Pony Dance—allowing the Maison to exhibit its fundamental spirit and core values with its signature codes in a light and joyful manner. Keeping the equestrian motif alive, clients, press, and friends of the Maison were presented with the full Pony Spirit experience as they arrived greeted by moderators dressed as stable owners.
The event proved to be more than just an ordinary sit-down affair as performers livened up the dance floor with whimsical performances that turned into a friendly competition encouraging the guests to join in and exhibit their best dance moves.
The evening continued with a presentation of a carefully-curated French-Filipino fusion menu, which included Crêpes Duck Confit as the appetizer, Red Snapper and Beef Cheek Five Founders as the main, ending with Davao Chocolate and Raspberry Apple Sphere as dessert.
Guests and friends of the Maison were indeed swept away in the whimsical world of Hermès as they danced the night away to the rhythm of the Hermès Pony.
