Gucci&rsquo;s menswear debut under Sabato de Sarno takes the crown for the best soundtrack for Fall/Winter 2024. As the lights dimmed to total darkness, leaving only the runway aglow, Mark Ronson&rsquo;s soundtrack took center stage.
The playlist set the mood right from the start, beginning with Romy&rsquo;s "Loveher," which brought a sense of intimacy and intrigue to the space. As the models continued to strut down the runway, the vibe shifted with Lucky Love&rsquo;s "Masculinity." A captivating combination of art and fashion unfolded at Loewe, where Jonathan Anderson teamed up with Los Angeles-based artist Richard Hawkins to create a runway experience like no other. Inspired by Silvia Venturini Fendi&rsquo;s indoor-outdoor vision for the collection, Swedish makeup artist Daniel Sallstrom crafted a fresh and grounded look that perfectly echoed the season&rsquo;s themes.
Sallstrom aimed to capture the natural flush of cheeks after spending time outdoors. Using liquefied lipstick, he applied a subtle blush across the models&rsquo; noses and cheeks, creating a warm, ruddy effect that mimicked the look of coming in from the cold. The grooming didn&rsquo;t stop there: hairstylist Gary Gill added a windswept side part to the effect, complementing the overall look with a sense of effortless cool. Overall, the memorable (and striking) look helped tie together the collection&rsquo;s blend of city and country influences.

Best Grooming: Fendi

The standout show space of Fall/Winter 2024 was undoubtedly Louis Vuitton&rsquo;s, where Pharrell Williams transported everyone to the heart of the American West. Set in the Jardin d&rsquo;Acclimatation in Paris, the venue was more than just a backdrop &mdash; it was an immersive journey that perfectly captured the Maison&rsquo;s spirit of travel while paying tribute to the roots of the American Western wardrobe.
