The Pink Room presents a display of art pieces by 27 renowned Filipino artists including National Artist BENCAB in an exhibition merging art and fashion as a force for good.

Founded in 1999, the ICanServe Foundation was created by Kara Magsanoc-Alikpala, Crisann Celdran, Becky Fuentes, and Bet Lazatin, four breast cancer survivors who saw the need to provide a circle of support for women who are newly diagnosed and to empower them with the right information. For over 25 years, the foundation has been committed to its advocacy of breast cancer awareness and care &mdash; regularly promoting community-based screenings and patient navigation programs, providing early detection training for healthcare workers, and funding treatments for breast cancer patients.
 In celebration of their silver anniversary, ICanServe unveils The Pink Room: A Gallery for Good&mdash;a fundraising gallery and auction aimed to bring art and fashion together to raise awareness for the early detection and treatment of breast cancer. Curated by designer Carol Karthe, The Pink Room puts the spotlight on 27 different art pieces reimagined from a globally recognized cultural and fashion icon &mdash; the Nike Air Force 1 Triple White sneaker &mdash; with the goal to attract a wider audience from both the sneaker community all the way to the local art scene.

The artworks presented in The Pink Room have been created by ICanServe&rsquo;s icons of hope: painters, sculptors, mixed media artists, illustrators, architects, printmakers, award winners, and our very own National Artist who all share the same advocacy towards breast cancer awareness. Joining National Artist BENCAB in this unique collaborative project are Gus Albor, Arce, Max Balatbat, Plet Bolipata, Elmer Borlongan, Jinggoy Buensuceso, Carlo Calma, Katrina Cuenca, RM De Leon, Daniel dela Cruz, Monica Delgado, Tracie Anglo Dizon, Christina Dy, Emmanuel Garibay, Toym Imao, Jose Santos III, Pam Yan Santos, Gerry Tan, Carlo Tanseco, Vien Valencia, Lydia Velasco, Ronald Ventura, Melissa Yeung Yap, MM Yu, Lilianna Manahan, and Ciane Xavier.

All proceeds from the auction will go towards ICanServe&rsquo;s projects to fund treatments and medical procedures for breast cancer patients, launch high-impact literacy campaigns, invest in training public healthcare workers on early detection, and create breast cancer control programs. All one-of-a-kind art pieces are on display at The Pink Room hosted at the Estate Makati Lounge, Hall 3 of SMX Aura on September 1 and 2, and are then to be displayed at the Brittany Hotel on the 2nd level of the Brittany Hotel in BGC from September 4 to 14 from 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM.&nbsp;
All visitors at The Pink Room may choose to donate to ICanServe with a minimum of P500 which shall then be counted as a single entry towards winning one of the two art shoes crafted by artists Lilianna Manahan and Ciane Xavier which are donated as raffle prizes, with the rest of the art pieces open for auction.
