Former&nbsp;L'OFFICIEL&nbsp;cover star&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/sadie-sink" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sadie Sink</a>&nbsp;joined forces with&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/prada" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Prada</a>&nbsp;to become an ambassador for its commitment to eco-friendly and sustainable fashion through its documentary films. In partnership with National Geographic CreativeWorks, Prada unveiled a campaign alongside its ongoing series that explores the purpose of its Re-Nylon initiative and the importance of reducing plastic waste.&nbsp;
The four-episode series features&nbsp;Stranger Things&nbsp;actor Sink in addition to Benedict Cumberbatch as each star showcases Prada&rsquo;s Re-Nylon&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/handbags">bags</a>&nbsp;against breathtaking backdrops of some of the world&rsquo;s most stunning oceanic landscapes. The proprietary material is made from plastic waste collected from oceans and landfills, and the documentary films aim to take customers behind the scenes. Prada's Re-Nylon is how the brand aims to reduce environmental impact: by using what's already out there when creating products new products, instead of using new, non-renewable materials.

Sink&mdash;who was confirmed to play alongside Tom Holland in&nbsp;Spider-Man 4&nbsp;on Wednesday&mdash;stars in the final installation of the four-part documentary series, telling viewers about the Great Kelp Highway. She, alongside marine biologist Giovanni Chimienti and scientist Rodrigo Beas &ldquo;explore the Great Kelp Highway in the waters of Islas Coronado&hellip; [and they] first-hand witness how rising ocean temperatures, near-extinction of species, overfishing and global pollution have all affected &nbsp;the kelp forests&mdash;a delicate habitat, now endangered,&rdquo; per Prada&rsquo;s press release.
