Rossini recently celebrated the anniversary of its 2023 re-opening, serving up Italian comfort food with a fresh look and an updated menu. To mark the occasion, the restaurant hosted an intimate gathering for media, influencers, and friends, treating them to a delectable spread of holiday-inspired menu items.
Starting the meal, Rossini’s Fall Mix Salad offers a burst of seasonal flavors and textures with roasted pumpkins, cranberries, pepitas, and assorted greens, making it a refreshing, flavorful opener.
Embracing fall flavors, Rossini has introduced three new pizzas: the hearty Steak and Potato, the earthy Pumpkin, and the umami-rich Four Mushroom.
Additionally, the new Salmon in Squid Ink Risotto combines the deep flavors of briny squid and roasted salmon, making for a bold yet balanced dish.
