As part of the Las Casas Heritage Collection, which will be a series of historic hotels and Spanish-style restaurants around the Philippines, Las Casas QC is the first of this project that came to be. Founder Jerry Acuzar, again with his passion for history and preservation, couldn't bear to tear down the original structure of the house. So, along with his team of artisans, craftsmen, and researchers from Bataan, they carefully reconstructed the interior and gardens while keeping the dining room, pool, and trees untouched.&nbsp;
