Known for her approach to style, the K-pop singer thinks it&rsquo;s all about self-expression.

CL has always had one foot planted in fashion. The singer and songwriter&rsquo;s status extends far beyond an avalanche of labels and designer name-checks. &ldquo;It&rsquo;s my language&rdquo;, she tells L&rsquo; Officiel. With her approach to style, CL has set the bar high. Still, it&rsquo;s about self-expression. Fashion has helped CL find herself and look at the world differently. And at this point in her career, CL wants to continue doing what she loves &ndash; to help people feel connected, understood, and comfortable with self-expression.&nbsp;

Cartier kicked off its highly-anticipated Into The Wild experience at Bayfront Pavillion, Gardens by the Bay in Singapore this year. The exhibit is dedicated to the storied history and wonders of its Panth&egrave;re universe. The event also received a surprise performance from the queen of K-pop and Cartier's constant celebrity partner, CL. The rapper and singer-songwriter performed three of her iconic tracks &mdash; Spicy, 5 STAR, and Hello Bitches. When asked about Cartier&rsquo;s Into The Wild, CL believes it means being honest and yourself. She says, &ldquo;You know, actions always speak louder than words. For me to continue what I do, and for me to be able to do this for so long, and hopefully longer &ndash; I think that speaks for itself.&rdquo;
